Jason L Hodges: Author

Jason is a born raised 4th generation Floridan but calls the mountains of Wyoming home. He was taught piano by his classically trained pianist mother, sang in choirs his entire educated life, danced Russian ballet for 15 years in a Cuban owned dance studio, and listens to everything from Eminem and Iggy Pop to Mozart. He is an avid reader of anything he can get his hands on and has been writing since he could hold a pen.

As a marketing professional he wears many hats during his “Day Job.” He does web design, video production, audio editing, graphic design and social media management. Often his duties consist of learning everything he can about a particular subject in a week and then creating a marketing portfolio. In essence, his job is to create, create and create… all day, everyday, and has done so for the past 17 years.

After 15 years it was finally time to finish a project he had been working on for himself and fulfill a promise he made to my wife and 6 kids, his book, Thorn of The Foretold.

Irina Kovalova: Illustrator

Irina Kovalova is a freelance concept artist and illustrator that is currently living and working in Glasgow. She has worked on a number of illustrations and concept designs both for private clients and companies. Among them is a children’s dark, but whimsical book “Charlotte Wander On” that recently got funded (Now, the book is still on the Kickstarter  and we’re almost funded, but still have few days to go… Hopefully this project will get the funding and then we’ll be able to include it as an example of the quality of illustration we’re aiming for).

Her illustrations are inspired by such great artists as Maurice Noble, Mary Blair, Tyler Carter and Eric Guillon. In her illustrations, Irina is trying to create fantastical words and characters, stories full of adventure and emotions.
